All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless an item arrives with significant damage or the wrong item was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll determine the best next step, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
